3. Platform Users

The following can register on the platform:

• Buyers — persons interested in purchasing goods or services
• Sellers — persons offering goods or services

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and use the platform in good faith.

4. Interaction between Buyer and Seller

All transaction terms, including:

• prices
• terms
• volumes
• delivery
• payment

are agreed directly between the Buyer and Seller, without Platform participation.

5. Liability

The platform is not responsible for:

• quality of goods or services
• compliance with agreements
• financial obligations of parties
• possible losses

6. Paid Services

Paid features may be available for Sellers, including:

• placement
• priority display
• advertising opportunities

Payment is made for access and use of functionality, not for sales results.

7. Access Restriction

The platform may restrict or terminate access in case of:

• violation of legislation
• posting false information
• spam or fraud
• user complaints

8. Changes to Terms

The current version of the agreement is always available on the website.
